Statistics and Machine Learning Researcher and Software Developer
I'm a statistics and machine learning researcher and software engineer based in Bozeman, MT. My current research interests include topological data analysis, functional data analysis, spatial statistics, nonparametric statistics, Bayesian statistics, mixed-effect modeling, hypothesis testing, optimal experimental design, and uncertainty quantification. I'm also interested in software development, data science, and reproducible research/literate programming, with an eye toward applications in predictive medicine and robotics.
Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking, skiing, and exploring the outdoors, along with reading and writing about a wide variety of topics.
